Of all the cities I’ve traveled to and of all the cities that I’ve lived in, Amsterdam and I will never get tired of praising it. People always ask me about the perfect little cafes they should check and I’ve always have a hard time responding to, there are just so many that I keep forgetting the names. And being the kind of person that always loves discovering every new cafe she stumbles across, I would say the best thing to do in Amsterdam is just be spontaneous, keep your eyes wide open and I guarantee, you will find some really cool ones.
Following my own advice, Eugene and I started our Saturday morning as per usual with a walk around our favourite neighbourhood. And to my own surprise, this time it’s not the cafe that initially have drawn my attention, but rather the most beautiful morning light hitting its windows. The thing obviously had to be captured, so we rushed back home to grab the camera. So as you can tell my feet don’t rest on weekends thus a pair of Stan Smith sneakers was obviously involved. And you know those rare but so damn perfect days when everything seems to work and align just perfectly?! Well, it was one of those days. Starting from me putting together the most perfect masculine inspired outfit featuring the white Levi’s straight leg jeans and my favourite fedora hat, and ending with actually finding the shooting location that does its justice. I wish everyday will go as smoothly, but unfortunately there is no secret sauce. I guess you just don’t have to force it, go with a flow and then you get the best results. So what do you think guys?! Do you enjoy planning things ahead or being spontaneous is more of your thing? Hit me up, would love to hear your thoughts on this.
