Travelling to Morocco was one of the most beautiful and eye-opening trips I had and looking back at all the photos we shot makes me wanna book a flight back straight away. Sadly, it’s no longer an option.
That being said, I present you the first summer holiday series that Eugene quickly snapped of me before the sun went down on one of our first days in Marrakech.
Amongst many others, a big weakness of mine are vintage cars. So, besides my old dream of driving one around Côte d’Azur (still working on that), I’ve always wanted to shoot a 70’s inspired editorial with a car just like that and guess what?! When the least expected the stars aligned. We spotted this dream of a car back at Paris Fashion Week when we were walking towards Seine after a show at Palais de Tokyo. There she was, the car I always had in my mind in the most perfect shade of caramel. Should I even add that it all seemed to be as planned, considering that I was wearing this quite 70s inspired look (I’m stuck at this decade) in head to toe neutrals?! I swear, this was probably the speediest editorial we have orchestrated – hashtag dream work day.
Spring has, as they say, truly arrived! And while I already feel pretty comfortable loosing the layers, I still need a reassurance that as soon as my feet step out of the door I won’t be tricked by the bright sun and end up freezing. Well, this time my reassurance comes in the form of a heavy chunky knit that has proved to be just perfect for those chilly spring days.
Been spending last few days resting my mind and having an existential reflection on my soul, while trying to figure out the purpose of this little space. Well, I did always have in mind, as cheesy as it may sound “to inspire and to be inspired”, but I think perhaps I’m not as personal with you as I should be. Though, I always knew that I’m more of a visual person than a writer and I always was a firm believer that a picture can tell a thousand words and if I’m not good with words, at least I hope I’m good when it comes to imagery.
